For central agents, managers & owners

You send the yacht. We do not go looking for the rest.

Create an organisation, then add each yacht by listing it, sending a PDF, or sending an operator URL. We build the profile from that material only — facts you supplied, never invented specs, rates or destinations.

What we will not do

We do not harvest your fleet from the open web.

We will not crawl your marketing site for other boats. We will not pull Charter Index. We will not scrape the Charter Big Boats book. If a boat has no listing you created and no user-supplied PDF or URL, it is skipped.

Your marketing site

A page you send is a source for that yacht. It is not permission to collect the rest of the fleet from the same domain.

Charter Index

We do not pull Charter Index to complete, enlarge or refresh an agent's inventory.

Charter Big Boats book

We do not scrape the Charter Big Boats book to invent listings you did not put on the platform.

Nothing supplied

No listing, no PDF, no operator URL — the boat is skipped. We do not fill the gap from another directory.

The agent process

From organisation to a listing you control.

The fleet desk is yours. We structure what you send. You decide what the public sees, where inquiries arrive, and when a yacht comes down.

  1. 01

    Create an account and organisation

Register as a central agent, charter manager or owner. Your organisation is the professional home for every yacht you represent.

  2. 02

Add yachts only by listing, PDF or operator URL

Create the listing yourself, send a brochure or specification PDF, or send the operator page for that yacht. Those three routes are how a boat enters Private Charter.

  3. 03

We build the profile from what you supplied

We transcribe facts from your listing, PDF or URL. We do not invent specifications, rates or destinations. If a fact is missing, it stays unknown.

  4. 04

Weekly refresh of the sources you sent

Each week we re-check only those user-supplied PDFs and operator URLs. If that page or document now carries newer facts or published availability, we update the profile. We do not widen the visit to other boats on the same site.

  5. 05

Availability only when the source publishes it

A calendar appears on the yacht profile only when the source you supplied actually publishes dates. We never draw a fake open week.

  6. 06

    You control publish and unpublish

Live or draft is your decision. Unpublish a listing and it leaves the public catalogue. We do not keep a yacht visible against your instruction.

  7. 07

Inquiries go to the house inquiry inbox

Public listing inquiries arrive at the house inquiry inbox or the inquiry email you set for the yacht. Your sign-in email is not the inquiry address, and we never overwrite it.

  8. 08

    Private operator contacts stay private

On licensed or do-not-contact inventory, the operator's private phone and email are not shown on the public page. Brokers work the listing through the desk.

Weekly refresh

Only the sources you handed us.

If the PDF or operator URL you supplied has newer facts or published availability, we update that yacht's profile. We do not treat a refresh as a licence to discover other boats.

Inquiry routing

Sign-in email stays sign-in email.

Listing inquiries go to the house inquiry inbox or the inquiry address you set. We never copy or replace your sign-in email with that inbox. Questions for the team: info@private-charter.com.
