For professional brokers

Work the brief. See why the yacht fits.

Private Charter is a broker desk, not a scraped directory. You write where, when, what and who. We match yachts operators have listed, show the fit, and move the work into a proposal and a deal.

The broker process

Five connected moves from enquiry to a deal you can defend.

The public catalogue is listings operators have actually put on the platform. If a yacht is not listed here, we do not conjure it from another book, index or marketing site.

  1. 01

    Write the brief

Where, when, what and who. Paste the client request or enter it in the desk. The brief is the source of truth — not a favourite yacht you already had in mind.

  2. 02

We match yachts and show why each fits

The desk ranks listed yachts against that brief and keeps the reasons inspectable: guest count, season, cruising ground, layout and the facts that remain unknown.

  3. 03

Check availability when we have it

If a listing publishes dates, we show that state. If it does not, we do not invent a calendar. A blank week is a question for the operator, not a green light.

  4. 04

    Build the proposal

Move the shortlist into a client letter with the yachts, the fit language and the commercial assumptions you are prepared to stand behind.

  5. 05

Work the deal in the desk

Option, follow-up, contract evidence and milestones stay attached to the same brief. The work does not restart in a separate thread.

What you are not browsing

This is not a scraped yacht directory.

We do not fill the desk from Charter Index, the Charter Big Boats book, or an agent's wider marketing site. Availability is shown when a listing publishes it. We never paint a fake calendar to make a week look open.

Operator-listed catalogue

A yacht is public here because an authorised operator put it on Private Charter.

Published availability only

Dates appear when the source publishes them. Silence is silence.

The deal stays on the desk

Proposal, option and follow-up remain attached to the brief you wrote.
